Designed to sit directly in your Grandfire BBQ in place of the existing cooking grills, the Griddle Insert spans two cooking zones to provide a generous flat cooking surface. The burners beneath the griddle can be adjusted to different temperatures, allowing you to create multiple heat zones across the cooking surface and cook different foods at the same time.

Why 4003 Stainless Steel?

4003 ferritic stainless steel is well suited to high-temperature cooking, offering excellent durability, great corrosion resistance and improved heat conductivity compared with traditional stainless steel grades such as 304.  Combined with the heavy-duty 6mm plate, it provides excellent heat retention and consistent heat distribution across the cooking surface.
