At Grandfire, we work with our network of authorised dealers to ensure timely delivery of your BBQs and accessories. Our dealers will provide you with shipping details upon purchase.

Shipping Terms 

  • Shipping Provider: Shipping will be handled by the dealer or their selected third-party logistics partner.

  • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the dealer’s shipping method. Please contact the dealer directly for estimated delivery times.

  • Shipping Costs: Any shipping fees will be included in your dealer’s order details.

  • Order Tracking: If tracking information is available, your dealer will provide it upon request.

  • Damaged or Lost Goods: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify the dealer immediately. The dealer will liaise with Hauland PTY Ltd. to ensure a replacement or refund where applicable.

Large BBQ Units & Outdoor Kitchens

Due to the size and weight of our BBQs and outdoor kitchen units, shipping costs can vary significantly based on your location. We do our best to keep pricing competitive while ensuring safe and efficient delivery.

  • Depot Delivery: We offer flat-rate shipping to a local freight depot within 20km of your address for convenient pickup.

  • Home Delivery: Want it delivered to your door? No problem. Just email us at sales@grandfirebbqs.com.au and we’ll provide a custom freight quote based on your location.

  • Multiple Items or Combos: If you're purchasing multiple BBQs or building a combo setup, contact us before checking out and we’ll tailor the most cost-effective shipping solution for you.
